Momma and baby alone

Now that the cattle are sold, Momma and baby are all alone.  The hayfield looks pretty big with only Momma in it.

The first evening Momma walked along the fence looking for her friends.  Whenever she saw me she gave me a sad look.  Now that a few days have passed she seems to be over losing her friends.


Here are Momma and Baby outside the corral the day the other cattle left.  Baby is looking at the cattle in the corral then he checks out the water trough while trying to figure out how scratch an itch.  55 seconds long.
