Rain

After 33 days of hot and dry weather we got rain!!!  It rained .26 inch Tuesday morning.  The grass sure perked up from the rain.  The rain was unexpected so stuff got wet.  I don't have the roof on the well pump shed yet and the inside and the tools outside the shed got wet.  Buckets, tools and miscellaneous outside by the tool shed got wet and the buckets needed to have the water tipped out of them.   The only thing that surprisingly stayed dry were my tools out by the hayfield fence.  I had left them in the wheelbarrow parked under a large evergreen tree and the tree kept the rain off.   By afternoon it was dry and I went back to working on the fence.
