Typical June day this year

In May and June this year we have had only a couple days where the temperatures got into the 70s.  A number of days in the 60s. A number of days with highs in the 40s.  Most days have had highs in the 50s.  It froze the other night and the grass was all covered in frost in the morning.   Dan said he had to scrape frost off his vehicles' windows.

The heavy rain we had a few days ago resulted in the ski runs on Whitefish Mountain getting all covered with snow again all the way to the bottom of the runs.  Back in Minnesota they are having more 90 degree days.  It seems like Minnesota is hogging all the global warming as we aren't getting any out here in Montana.

Friday morning Tammy was dressed as usual:  sweatshirt, blankie and a cup of hot chocolate.

After I had the wood burning stove going for a while she warmed up.
