The other day, while I was dumping manure into the north pasture I had raked from the corral, I found another hidden tree stump. The burn of the pasture grass I had done earlier exposed the stump to view.
See the stump? It is in the center of the photo.
Yes, I know only 1% of the stump sticks above ground, But I don't want to catch the stump when I drag a harrow around the pasture.
Here is after I dug around the stump. The stump is pretty rotted - though still solid at it's very core - so I dug enough to open it up to drying. Later once the fire starts the rest of the stump should burn up well.
