This evening Mother Nature tried to have some scattered thunderstorms. A weak sound of thunder could be heard occasionally. As you can see in the left photo the rain didn't amount to much. The air is so dry the rain evaporated before it reached the ground. All the 'rain' (virga) did was raise our humidity level to 34% and cool our temperature slightly. The main advantage was the clouds blocked the sun until about sunset.
