April bicycle miles

Now that the snow is gone (in the Valley - the mountains are still loaded with snow!), and I spent time discing and harrowing my fields, that meant less time to bicycle.  I rode less miles in April.  Last month (March) = 1025 miles.   April miles = 800 miles.   For the year I have ridden 2850 miles.

In the morning the two cows in heat were still in heat.  Along with pregnant cow #80 the three were going around and around and around in the corral sniffing and mounting one another.  So I left the heifer in the loading corral.   In the afternoon all had settled down as they were coming out of peak time in heat.  So I let the heifer out to be with the rest of the cows.
