Bird

The birds had eaten the suet.  Around noon on Monday - as Tammy was on the couch near the window - a bird came over to the window sill and pecked on the house's wall.  Then it flew to the empty suet feeder and looked at Tammy.  Then it flew back to the window sill to tap on the house once again before flying back to the empty feeder.

The bird was trying to tell Tammy the suet was empty and that he or she wanted us to put more suet out.  Once Tammy reacted and looked out the window, the bird looked at Tammy and the empty suet cage for a bit, then flew off.

So when we were uptown shopping later in the afternoon we bought another cake of suet.  Tuesday I put up the new suet.

For sure, one bird will be happy.
