Female box elder tree in snow

Here are a couple more snowy photos I had taken on Wednesday.  As you can see the female box elder tree is still holding on to most of its seeds.  A few days earlier, between the wind and warmer temperatures, I had noticed a few seeds on the ground here and there.  So it is getting closer to when the tree will drop its seeds.
