Out of the blue my Uncle Rick from Washington state came by and visited me Saturday evening. We were born on the same day and the same year. We had a great visit till late Saturday night and then on Sunday morning until he had to return home. So I didn't bale my hay late on Saturday evening, which was fine as I was having a nightmare of a day trying to bale my hay. It was much better to visit with Rick.
Here we are checking out my cattle in the south pasture Sunday morning. I noticed that Toby the bull was hanging out with Mama cow. She must be coming into heat now. The "big" animal in the center of the photo is one of my calves born this Spring. My calves are doing fine.
