First I had to put the hydraulic cylinder back on the disc. If you remember I broke the cylinder last year and had to fix it. Once I did Winter came.
Once I tested the newly installed cylinder it had a leak. I took it apart to find the cylinder was missing one of its seals. Once I put the seal in the cylinder worked perfectly.
