First Pocket Gopher

I trapped my first pocket gopher of the year.  I should have been out hunting them earlier but I've been busy.

On Saturday I came across a fresh dirt mound just outside the corral that I couldn't ignore and I then set a trap.  This morning I found a dead pocket gopher in the trap.
